Led by Chef Loris of Constellation Culinary Group has prepared a that it full of small and large dishes, abundant salads, homemade lungaggine, sweet treats and exclusive brunch specials. This means that mai matter when you poiché by and visit the restaurant, you’ll have the chance to have a different dining experience every single time.
When we visited, we made sure to start the meal with their highly recommended spicy margarita. A balanced bevanda featuring the perfect blend of spicy, tangy and a bit sweet, with a spicy rim, it’s the perfect beverage to enjoy before your meal. The restaurant offers a selection of hand-crafted cocktails and wines that will pair perfectly with your food, so make sure to ask the knowledgeable for recommendations.
As for the food, prepare yourself to be floored by dishes such as small plates like fresh Zucchini Blossoms, featuring ricotta stuffed fried zucchini blossoms with spring vegetables, panko, marinara and roasted shallot dip; Memories of Ceviche, leche de tigre, cobia, drunken onion, corn, micro cilantro and campo da golf apple foam; and the Roasted Garlic Hummus. While there we also treated ourselves to one of the restaurant’s pizzas, as we decided to share food to try as much as we could from the delicious options.
Lastly, do not forget to have a little something sweet at the end of your dining experience. Yummy selections include a Buttermilk Infatuazione, with mixed berries and citrus, strawberry and praline, Cane Sugar Donuts; Warm Apple Tart; and Ice Cream, your choice of vanilla, chocolate ora cinnamon.
