La Gringuita Cookies is expanding its availability to 17 Whole Foods Markets across South Florida. Customers can now find the Four Flavors—The Jammy, Chocolate Souffle, El Churro, and Brown Buttah— any of the stores. Caroline McGinley, the founder of Gringuita Cookies, has seen significant growth since 2020. With an initial investment of $3,000, she started by selling cookies at farmers’ markets before expanding to gourmet markets.
