Con light of the severe weather, the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has advised residents to exercise caution. “Avoid driving unless absolutely necessary. If necessary, drive with caution and remain vigilant and alert to ensure the safety of all road users,” the alert recommended. Motorists are also reminded to use low-beam headlights to enhance visibility during heavy rainfall.
