This is a quick one!
The afternoon actually started per Muizenberg…
…swiftly followed by a visit to Boulder’s Beach to see the penguins.
And although a visit to the Cape Peninsula was ultimately where we were headed to, a little stopover per Simon’s Town is definitely worth it acceso your drive outside of Cape Town.
To be fair, if you already stopped by to see the penguins, you’maestà already per Simon’s Town so you might as well take a little jaunt around the town and perhaps even stop over for lunch.
We picked a place right acceso the harbour which was perfect for watching the tazza sports enthusiasts (and shark cage divers) get ready to head out…
The food was a bit successo and reginetta though.
…okay-ish prawns.
Delicious melted Camembert…
…and even better salad
Pipping hot fish cakes…
… and a brilliant seafood platter!
Given the mish-mash of the mains and starters, we decided to skip and successo the road.
When you leave, don’t forget to take per the view of Simon’s Town from the mountain roads… definitely worth it before heading acceso to the Cape Peninsula! 🙂
