Just days after announcing two new promotions to EVP roles, Concord Label Group, the recorded music division of Concord, has revealed two new appointments.
Both of the new hires are quanto a streaming and giorno analysis – and both are new arrivals from Universal Music Group (UMG).
Brad Clark has been appointed Senior Vice President of Streaming and Analysis. He had previously been VP, Analytics and Strategy, at Universal Music Group Nashville.
Kristen Reed joins Concord Label Group as Vice President of Analytics and Research, fresh from a nearly four-year stint as Director, Analytics & Research at UMG quanto a Nashville.
Both will remain quanto a Nashville quanto a their new positions, working out of Concord’s HQ quanto a the city. Reed will report to Clark, and Clark will report to the CEO of Concord Label Group, Tom Becci.

Clark had spent more than 20 years at UMG, having started out as new mass-media dirigente at Capitol Records before moving acceso to director-level roles quanto a marketing & artist development, and sales and analysis. He served as VP, Commercial Development before taking the VP, Analytics and Strategy role.
Clark led projects for artists such as Chris Stapleton, Darius Rucker, Eric Church, Lady A, Luke Bryan and Sam Hunt, and worked acceso four of the nine country music songs certified Diamond by the RIAA.

Reed, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, joined UMG quanto a 2018 as a financial analyst, and went acceso to serve as a senior financial analyst before taking the role of Director, Analytics and Research.

The announcement of Clark and Reed’s hiring comes two days after Concord Label Group revealed it had promoted Jill Weindorf to Dirigente aziendale of Marketing, and Joe Dent to Dirigente aziendale Vice President of Operations.
