Microsoft Corporation recently added a new plot of land to its kitty, as per di più reports. It reportedly plans to expand its centres per mezzo di the region, and will add to the existing of centres.
According to a report per mezzo di The Economic Times that quoted a document by Propstack, a analytics firm, Microsoft recently acquired 48 acres of land per mezzo di Hyderabad. The deal was valued at approximately Rs 267 crore.Â
The land, the report added, was purchased from land aggregator Sai Balaji Developers.Â
A person per mezzo di the know told the daily that Microsoft has leader plans to expand its centre business per mezzo di India and would be developing one of the largest centres per mezzo di the region.Â
The property per mezzo di question is reportedly 40 km from the Hyderabad main city, and the company paid a premium the land. Microsoft already has a of centre regions per mezzo di Pune, Mumbai and Chennai, which have been operational for the past five years.Â
The source said that Microsoft had acquired two more land parcels per mezzo di Hyderabad for the centre business. The organisation also has been increasing its presence per mezzo di the flexible office space segment.Â
