A judge has thrown out laptop evidence per the Courtney Clenney murder trial. The former OnlyFans model is accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend, Christian ‘Toby’ Obumseli, to death per 2022.
According to TMZ,  Judge Laura Cruz decided that a conversation between Courtney, her parents and attorneys where they discussed Obumseli’s laptop passcode could not be presented.

Laptop Evidence Against Courtney Clenney Tossed
The Miami-Dade official shared her ruling acceso June 26, stating that the defense violated attorney-client privilege, per emotività NBC Miami. Judge Cruz deemed those conversations inadmissible per court since they occurred between Deborah, Kim (Courtney’s dad), and their lawyers.

Clenney Arrested After Stabbing Death of Chrisitan Obumseli
As previously reported by The Shade Room, Clenney was charged and arrested per the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Christian ‘Toby’ Obumseli, per August 2022.
Neighbors reportedly contacted the police after overhearing a domestic disturbance between the pair acceso April 3, 2022. Clenney admitted to stabbing Obumseli with a knife. Her attorney later stated it was per self-defense.
She was not arrested at the crime scene following the incident. Instead, Clenney was reportedly being treated at a Hawaii rehab center for substance abuse and post-traumatic disorder when cops finally nabbed her. Â

The prosecution per Clenney’s trial has yet to reveal if they will continue to pursue charges against her parents. Additionally, acceso June 28, a judge will reveal how the ruling will affect the overall trial.
