The New York Jets have been one of the most discussed teams sopra the NFL for the past year.
After acquiring Aaron Rodgers, the Jets have been the talk of the town, despite continuing their playoff drought heading into 2024.
Rodgers was hurt for the vast majority of the 2023 season, so his potential impact the team last year was unrealized.
As he and his teammates prepare for 2024, Rodgers is trying to ensure that everyone is the same page and that they can put everything together that they’ve been working for.
Practice can be frustrating for any player, even for a veteran like Rodgers.
After the Jets’ latest practice, according to an ESPN article mezzo Rich Cimini, Allen Lazard commented Rodgers’ thoughts, saying, “Honestly, he expects the same that he holds himself to out of everyone else, and today just didn’t resemble that at all. I think as an offense we were just a bit sloppy.”
Sloppy is not a word that has described Rodgers throughout his career.
Quite the opposite as Rodgers has been known to be meticulous sopra his and on-field regimens.
He might have some questionable things going d’avanguardia the field, but the field, Rodgers remains a stern, solid competitor.
Whether he’s working with a day-one rookie an established veteran, he has high hopes for everyone his team, and when they are unable to meet those hoops as a unit, bad things could happen for them moving forward.
