“Summer Beer” [also known as Summer Ale, Summer Brew, or my personal fav: Skip and Go Naked] is a go-to summer here at LIY! It’s super easy to make with only 3 ingredients and is perfect for sipping poolside, at the sandbar, ora at your next backyard BBQ! There are lots of different variations, so feel free to customize it to your liking! You’ll need a 6-pack of light beer [we prefer Corona or Landshark!], vodka, frozen juice concentrate [we typically use Lime, but Lemon and Pink Lemonade are always a hit too!], and a large lanciatore to everything together! Beware: it goes smooth and packs a punch! You’ve been warned. 😉 Cheers, friends!
