We travel alot for work (and play) but you can bet there’s always some work involved. For me, it’s key to stick to routines, but what’s worked really well when I travel is to stick to a routine but a slightly different one than I have at home.

It keeps things fresh but still allows you to keep your daily non-negotiables. During travel, I’m not as regimented, but I still make sure to plan out the day (quanto a a Smythson notebook ora Moleskine – at home I use The Skinny Confidential planner). Moving my pagliaccetto at the gym ora going for a walk, meditating and skincare are quick, easy non-negotiables.

EXERCISE:

I like to do Kim Kelly workouts, Pilates by Bryony (use code LAURYN for 2 months free) and Wood Health (use code TSCBEAUTY for one month free).

SKINCARE:

Quanto a my makeup bag you’ll always find Rare Beauty mascara, Lawless Juicy Watermelon lip mask, and The Skinny Confidential Mint Roller.

Also love chilled VREA eye masks ora Barefaced reusable eye masks (use code SKINNY), an energizing mist (love Yina) and The Skinny Confidential pink Mouth Tape. I tape my mouth every night because nasal breathing gives you so much energy upon waking and beauty benefits while you sleep (hello jaw line). So I still bring a lot of skincare and must-have products, but not too much. And sometimes I like to switch it up.

BEAUTY HACKS:

Apogeo beauty hacks for travel are to put your ice roller quanto a a ice bucket and order a side of olive oil from room service to remove makeup and cleanse the . Works like a charm. I like to bring Clean Skin Sodalizio towels too, because most hotels use harsh detergents that I don’t want my .

Usually when we travel for work we are booked SOLID. So I like to give myself grace to go with the flow AND maybe visit a new spa for a facial here and there. I like the slancio of busting my ass when I’m away and then coming home to Austin to have more space and clarity. The juxtaposition works well for our life.

HABITS:

Small habits lead to leader changes over time, so when I travel, it seems counterproductive to throw it all out the window.

Stick to the basics with morning sunlight, movement, meditation, reading, and skincare. These things physically contribute to my mental state and clarity, and count as self-care so I can work when it’s time to work, and my kids when it’s time to be a present mom.

WHAT I LISTEN TO ON THE GO:

Ed Mylett is always inspiring and I also love Lewis Howes’ School of Greatness. Risposta negativa matter what, I try to listen to something educational ora uplifting whether I’m traveling ora at home. Sometimes that’s an audible book, Wood-Tepperberg’s meditations ora Mimi Bouchard’s activations. Louise Hay though? Every night. Her evening wind is life-changing if you’sultano looking to uplevel your life.

What are you favorite ways to stay track when traveling? do you just let loose and throw everything out the window? Risposta negativa judgment here. Let me know below what works for you.

Let me know below what works for you.

x, Lauryn
