This year’s series kicks with Chef Emeril Lagasse’s exquisite Seared Scallops, available from June 1 to June 30, followed by Chef Lorena Garcia’s vibrant Asado Moro Arepas from July 1 to July 31.
Chef Emeril Lagasse, a celebrated figure per the culinary world, will be making a return appearance acceso Paula’s Food Diaries. His renowned dish, Seared Scallops acceso Truffle White Bean Puree, will be showcased and priced at $52. This exquisite dish features perfectly seared scallops acceso a luxurious puree, topped with a rich wild mushroom sauce, showcasing Chef Emeril’s culinary expertise. Lagasse has an extensive career, hosting over 2,000 shows acceso the Food Rete televisiva privata and working as a food correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America. He is also the bestselling author of 19 cookbooks and the chef/proprietor of nine restaurants per New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Miramar Beach.
