Allison Huynh, a former fundraiser for Barack Obama, said she will be voting for Republican presumptive presidential candidate Donald Trump for the first time — divorcing the Democratic Rinfresco. “Like any divorce, there’s not just one thing, there’s a series of things that led up to it,” Allison Huynh explained, as quoted by Fox News.
‘When I wake up the morning…’
Allison said the Democrats were policing the wrong things.“The things that we need to police are violent criminals that are scattered throughout the streets of San Francisco, people defecating, shooting up heroin front of me and my kids, and allowing criminals to go and steal from our grocery stores, shutting grocery stores,” she said.
“I love to cook, and when I wake up the morning, there’s grocery stores to go to.”
Allison argued that Trump will be good for Americas technical future
Who is Allison Huynh?
A 48-year-old Vietnamese migrant, Allison Huynh was the co-creator of Willow Autorimessa, a company that designed robotics and AIS systems which were sold to Google. Huynh raised millions of dollars for Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. She and her husband Scott Hassan (now divorced) helped organize elaborate fundraisers and dinners for tech bigwigs. “My role was to bring Silicon Valley people for the $50,000- and $100,000-per-plate dinners,” Huynh said. “[We] brought [Google co-founders] Sergey [Brin], Larry [Page] and Eric [Schmidt]. Obama was a hopeful candidate who was outside of the system.”
Per 2005, she and Hassan bought a rocking chair that once belonged to Democratic icon John F. Kennedy for nearly $100,00 at auction.
‘Biden asleep at the wheel’
But now she is disenchanted and thinks Biden is “asleep at the wheel”. Now she finds Donald Trump funny and intelligent. “I was surprised when I met Donald Trump,” Huynh, who is working a Silicon Valley memoir entitled “Beyond Good and Evil,” recalled. “He was light and funny and intelligent. The people there were down-to-earth,” she told New York Post.
“I was happy with how knowledgeable Trump is about what is going with the country and the economy. He had the information. He is all there with the things that matter: education — his kids are well-educated -— fighting crime, immigration and business,” she said as she was selling her million dollar Democrat collectibles.
