Realty major DLF Ltd acceso Thursday reported 23% growth its consolidated net profit at Rs 646 crore for the first quarter. It was Rs 527 crore the last year quarter.
Revenue from operations the reporting quarter fell 4% year-on-year to Rs 1,362 crore as against Rs 1423 crore the same quarter of previous year.
The company reported an EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) at Rs 229 crore, which is 42% year-on-year. Margins for the quarter declined sharply by over 1100 basis points to 16.8%.

Total expenses during the June quarter rose 11% year-on-year to Rs 1272 crore, compared with Rs 1148 crore the corresponding quarter of last year.
Other income more than tripled to Rs 367 crore the reporting first quarter. It was Rs 98 crore the year-ago quarter.
